In constantly changing times the synergies between Therco and Serck Heat Transfer of Birmingham lead to a seamless acquisition of Sercks Industrial division in September 2005. The transfer of all related IP rights, the order book and various pieces of key plant & equipment executed decisively during the final quarter of the year ensured the start of 2006 was an invigorating time for all involved in the company.

The assimilation of the Serck business into Thercos also involved the relocation of 98 years worth of drawings, records, serial and part number data relating to the full range of Serck coolers made throughout history, the final piece of confirmation that Therco is now the worlds only supplier of genuine Serck spares.
