Utilizing the company’s extensive Serck archive of designs and drawings Therco have recently completed a contract for the manufacture of replacement Marine Drains Coolers destined for use within the Canadian Navy. These coolers, shown above, were designed and manufactured to stringent military marine specifications including the shock resistance requirements of CTFO D-03-003-007/SF-000 GRi.

The units where manufactured using military DGS specification materials and the shells are finished with a passivated coating for corrosion resistance in the harsh marine environment. Finally the finished assemblies were of course subjected to the usual Therco intense inspection and testing regime.
