Following the successful establishment of the company’s Health & Safety Committee, Therco is now elated to announce accreditation of its H&S management system to the internationally recognized standard OHSAS 18001.

Not to be understated is the focussed on going development work of the ‘committee chair & members’ and the final push of the newly recruited ‘Group Systems Manager’. This great achievement would not have been possible without such relentless effort from all those involved.

As with the Company’s Quality management System, this H&S system will soon be rolled out to other divisions along with the Environmental Management System (for ISO 14001) which is next in line for accreditation.
